EXPORT PRICE OF WHITE CHARCOAL

The export price of white charcoal is definitely a topic of great interest to many production facilities.

This is especially true for charcoal kiln owners and companies trading white charcoal products in Vietnam today.

CHARCOAL EXPORT

Exported charcoal in the market is generally divided into three main categories:

Black charcoal – White charcoal – Sawdust charcoal

The current export market prices (FOB Vietnam) of these three types are as follows:

SAWDUST CHARCOAL

The sawdust charcoal market in Vietnam is extremely active.

Type 1 sawdust charcoal: from $560 to over $600 per ton

Type 2 sawdust charcoal: from $520–550 per ton

FOB price at Vietnamese ports.

Sawdust charcoal is currently the most exported type of charcoal.

BLACK CHARCOAL

The export price of black charcoal ranges from $380 – 500 per ton, depending on the wood type.

For example:

Black charcoal made from acacia or eucalyptus wood ranges from $380 to $400 per ton.

Charcoal made from longan, cottonwood, or coffee wood: $480 – 500 per ton

FOB price at Vietnamese ports

Note:

The harder and denser the wood, the higher the quality of the finished charcoal.

In addition, there are also coconut shell charcoal and bamboo charcoal products.

Coconut charcoal is often produced in briquette form, commonly used for shisha.

Coconut charcoal has a pleasant coconut aroma and is priced around $600–700 per ton.

Bamboo charcoal ranges from $800 – 1000 per ton.
